Hello, we are bark_chan and bloomingdaisy_go. Nice to e-meet you! We’re 🇮🇹 Italy based and we host GOs for Stray Kids and other groups. Our two accounts always collab and our GOs can be bundled, since we live in the same city. Please, follow us both on Instragram!

GENERAL RULES

• By joining our GOs, you agree to our rules.
• We’re not responsible for lost or damaged mails.
• We pack everything safely: penny sleeves, toploader, cardboard, pluriball, etc. There is a small packing fee (few cents) which is included in shipping costs to cover for packing supplies.
• Please, be aware that in Italy it is illegal to film inside post offices and mailboxes are often out of order. For this reason, for untracked mail we’ll only be able to send a receipt of the PO as shipping proof.
• No backouts allowed unless you find a replacement.
• Payment methods: Paypal F&F, Postepay p2p, Wise, Revolut.

For SALES & TRADES we’ll send and ask for:

• photo and video proof with nicknames displayed;
• address and shipping method confirmation;
• shipping proof.

Every GROUP ORDER has its own rules, which are provided in the post. You can bundle photocard orders if you join more than one GO. For bigger items, it won’t always be possible.

We do not approve and will never do:

• member pricing,
• overpricing
• bidding. </aside>

<aside>

HOW DO GOs WORK?

1. You claim by commenting our post.
2. We write down all claims in our post and Masterlist.
3. We create a groupchat and request initial payments.
4. When all items arrive at our warehouse, we ask payments for: EMS (shippings KR-IT) and customs.
5. We send sorting forms if needed.
6. We send a shipping form and collect addresses/infos for domestic shippings (doms).
7. We DM you for item check, address check and doms payment.
8. We update our IG story when we ship everything.

UPDATES

• We share updates about GOs both by groupchat and IG stories.
• Our Masterlist is always up to date.
• If we don’t update you, it means there’s no news.

THE 3 GOLDEN RULES

1. Always read our rules, posts and messages carefully.
2. No notes in payment descriptions.
3. No backout allowed unless you find a replacement.

EMS, CUSTOMS & DOMS

• All these payments vary and depend on various factors, such as item size, weight and value.
• They will be fairly divided among joiners (e.g. if you order ten heavy albums, you’ll pay more than a joiner who only orders one photocard).
• We cannot predict how much they will be before forwarding the batch from our warehouse, but here you are an estimation based on our previous experience.

EMS ESTIMATION

• Photocard: 0,15€ - 0,60€
• Albums: 4€ (small) - 7€ (big/heavy)
• Magazines: 7€ - 10€
• Seasons greetings: 10€ - 15€

CUSTOMS ESTIMATION

• Customs fees are not really predictable, but you can indicatively consider ~ half of EMS price.

ABOUT SORTING

1. We try to give everyone at least one first choice, if pulls are good. Then, we try to sort everything else in the most fair way possible. At the end of the day, it’s just a Math issue that depends on the pcs we pull.
2. If we can’t make a fair sorting because pulls are too uneven, we’ll use form timestamps to see “who comes first”. This will be our last reference for choosing how to sort, just to have something that can help us decide.

SORTING FORM TIMESTAMPS?

1. We’ll send a very simple form, where you have to write your email and IG @.
2. Then, we’ll send a second form you can fill out without rushing, where you express your sorting preferences. </aside>
